Yes. Whether your agency has recently implemented First Due or is expanding into new modules, Unify offers valuable learning and networking opportunities for all experience levels within the platform.
Your registration grants you access to general, breakout, and support sessions, along with conference materials. Access to ancillary events is based on ticket type. Please see full details for each ticket type on the tickets page.
Tickets can be secured online via credit card. Offline payments are accepted by check or ACH bank transfer. If you selected an offline payment method, please remember that your registration isn’t fully confirmed until payment is received. To complete your registration, kindly review the payment details shared on your invoice.
Yes. If your department, agency, or organization is tax-exempt, you’ll need to provide valid tax exemption documentation to our accounting team for the state of Tennessee in advance of the event. Please reach out to unify@firstdue.com for more information. Additionally, please be prepared to present your tax exemption certificate on-site during hotel check-in. The hotel will be able to issue a tax-exempt invoice upon verification.
Requests for refunds due to voluntary cancellation must be submitted in writing to unify@firstdue.com. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:
