Requests for refunds can be made by logging into the Attendee Portal on the Unify Event Page. Login details can be found on your confirmation email.

Attendance and Admittance
Only individuals registered and badged may attend conference events. Guests of registrants must purchase a guest ticket and are only permitted to attend the evening conference receptions. First Due at its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone for any lawful reason, including by not limited to anyone that is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other attendee. Attendees who are refused admission or expelled from the event will not receive a refund of any payment rendered.
