Terms and Conditions

Review the terms and conditions for Unify 2026, including registration policies, attendance guidelines, and important event details.

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Unify 2026 (the “Event”), a user summit hosted by Locality Media, LLC d/b/a First Due (“First Due,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Event is designed for fire and EMS professionals, leaders, administrators, technology officers, and frontline personnel who seek to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within their respective agencies.

By completing the registration process and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as by the rules and policies of the Event venue. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register for or attend the Event.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between First Due and you, the individual registering for and/or attending the Event (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”). References to “Parties” shall mean First Due and Attendee collectively. These Terms are subject to amendment at the sole discretion of First Due, and any updates will be communicated through the Event website at unify.firstdue.com.

Pre-registration and full payment are required for all ticket types prior to confirmation of registration. Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed or confirmed.

2.2 Credit Card Payment
